With over 20 years of experience in government at the local, state, and national levels the advisory services focuses on general public policy and pension issues. With a background in economics and the in-depth research at the doctorate level in public policy have been merged to provide advisory services for agencies and businesses on a variety of financial and public policy issues. Much of the current work for local agencies is in the areas of pension sustainability, general agency sustainability including retirement, health, and decision processes, retirement security modeling, asset class and rates of return analysis for trust funds, and the emerging demand for public private partnerships. Advisory services in public policy for the private sector tend to be centered on issues of plausible mitigation to facilitate investment strategies that are both environmentally sustainable and financially feasible.
